Steel City

Steel City brings the groove. After meeting separately through friends and open jams, the band came together for the first time at soundcheck before their first show together. Don’t let the name confuse you, this DC-based group embodies its home city, traversing blues, funk, pop, rock and more with sharp vocals, catchy hooks and a love of the extended jam. They kicked off their new lineup with “Iced Coffee” in June 2024 and have more originals on the way. Perhaps most important – Steel City thrives when playing live, throwing in irresistible covers and earning audience interaction from the stage and on the venue floor.
